Instituto Tecnológico del Embalaje, Transporte y Logística (ITENE): Read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) carefully before registering to any of our events.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Clients can register for our events online through our website https://congress.sentiatech.com or by sending a signed booking form. Once the registration is received, payment is expected in up to 30 working days. For registrations within 30 days before the event, payments must be received before the event date.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

Cancellation must be communicated to the conference secretariat in writing via e-mail to congress.valencia@sentiatech.com 

When the withdrawal is brought on by the registrant’s inability to arrange his or her own travel, such as issues with a visa application or other travel documents, registration fees will not be reimbursed.

Cancellations received up to 4 weeks before the event will result in 50% refund from the registration fee. Cancellations received within 4 weeks from the event date and non-attendance are non-refundable. All registrations are transferable to any person within the same organization that paid for the participation, free of charge, up to 1 week before the event date. Clients unable to attend can inform us up to 2 weeks before the event date, and we may provide a full Credit Note valid for 12 months from the day of the event they registered for. The Credit Note can be used as a registration fee for any event we organize.

Due to various force majeure, we cannot be held responsible for cancellations and replacements of speakers. For the same reasons, we cannot be held responsible for cancellations, replacements, or postponements of events. We cannot be held responsible for any expenditures clients may have connected to our events. However, we take responsibility to inform all participants on time and take necessary measures to avoid such situations. In an unfortunate scenario where the event is postponed or canceled, we will provide a Credit Note with a validity of 12 months.

No refund will be considered in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, natural calamities, or other unforeseen causes.
