Call for Speakers 2025

Submit your abstract

BEFORE 15 JUNE, 2025

Submit your contribution by 15 June for your chance to participate in the key congress on detecting, measuring and controlling emerging risks.

Abstracts must be submitted in English via the online abstract submission form. The abstract submission process is now open.

The contributions formats available for participation in the I SENTIATECH 2025 Congress are the following:

  • Oral communications (15‘+5’) presented in ordinary oral sessions.
  • Posters
  • Participation in round table discussion (limited)

When submitting the abstract, authors should select their preferred communication formats, a main topic and applicable secondary topics.

The deadline for abstract submission is 15 June 2025.

The Scientific Committee, depending on the topic and time availability throughout the programme, will decide on the form of presentation.

Each registered author may present a maximum of three abstracts as a presenting author.

For abstracts to be included in the final conference programme, the presenting author must be registered and pay the corresponding registration fee.

Participants are encouraged to present their innovative work and to discover the city of Valencia and all the possibilities it has to offer!

Speaker’s evaluation criteria

The Scientific Committee will approve the abstracts received on the basis of six key criteria:

Scientific Rigor and Methodology

Should be well-structured, clear methodology with appropiate and rigorous analysis.

Originality and Innovation

Should present highly original ideas, methods, or findings.

Significance and Impact

Should have high potential impact on research, industry, or policy.

Relevance to the Conference Theme

Should clearly align with the conference theme and significaly contribute to the field.

Clarity and Structure

Should be well-organized, concise, and clearly written.

References and Supporting Evidence

Should be properly cited, well-supported by literature and data.
